What are club points?
Easyspace Customer Club points are our way of rewarding our customers for their continued custom. The process is easy … we offer you, the customer, ways in which to earn club points and you then swap them for some of the Easyspace services or use them to take advantage of our great partnerships with firebox.com and Computer Active.
How do you earn club points?
There are currently 3 ways in which you can earn and build your customer club points:
- Earn points each time you buy a service from Easyspace.
- Earn points each time you refer a new customer to Easyspace.
- Earn points each time you renew a service with Easyspace.
How many club points do you get?
On buying a service from Easyspace, you will receive 10 club points for every £1 you spend. For example, if you buy a .com domain for 1 year you will receive 120 club points.
You can also earn points for referring people to Easyspace. For every friend, family member or colleague you refer to Easyspace, who then goes on to become a new customer, we will credit your account with 20 bonus club points.
On new renewal of your services, you will receive a bonus of 5 points for every £1 you spend. So, if you were to renew your starter web hosting service, you would receive a bonus of 125 club points.

How to you redeem your club points?
You redeem your points against most of the Easyspace services. When buying an Easyspace service, simply make sure you are logged in. If you are buying a domain name, and you have enough customer club points to cover the purchase, then you will be given the option to use your club points rather than paying.
We also have fantastic partnerships with both firebox.com and Computer Active, allowing you to redeem your points against £5, £10 and £15 firebox gift vouchers and 6 & 12 month subscriptions to Computer Active.
