Overview

Important information about the various offers, workings, terms and conditions of the Easyspace Customer Club.

Customer Club Points:

1. Points rewarded for the purchase of Easyspace services:

1.1 Customer club points will be given to all customers, at the rate of 10 points per £1 spent, for all purchases except in the following:

a. Where the customer has signed up to pay for their service monthly.
b. Where the customer has bought a broadband service.
c. Where the customer has bought a dedicated server.

1.2 Points are non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.

1.3 Points cannot be used to pay for the renewal of services.

1.4 Each point has a cash value of 2p.

1.5 Points will be awarded for online purchases only


2. Points rewarded for the renewal of services:

2.1 Points will be given to customers at the rate of 5 points per £1 spent when a customer renews their service with Easyspace, except in the following:

  • Where the customer has changed to monthly payments.
  • Where the customer is renewing a broadband service.
  • Where the customer has bought a dedicated server.

2.2. Points will be awarded for online purchases only


3. Points rewarded for referring of friends / colleagues / family:

3.1 20 points will be rewarded to the referring customer when a person they have referred becomes a new Easyspace customer.

3.2 The referred persons must use the promotional code, delivered to them via email, when they are making their first purchase with Easyspace, otherwise the referring person will not receive their 20 points.

3.3 Points will be rewarded only if:

  • The person referred uses the relevant promotional code during signup.
  • The person using the promotional code is a new customer.

3.4 The referrer will only receive points on the first purchase of the referred person.

3.5 Points will be awarded for online purchases only


4. Customer Club Competition

4.1 The Customer Club competition is open to Easyspace Customers only.

4.2 Employees and families of employees of Easyspace, partners of Easyspace and agencies working with Easyspace will be removed from the database before the draw is made.

4.3 The winner will be notified, via email, within 28 days of the draw being made. The email address that will be contacted will be that used as the main contact within your Easyspace account. Please therefore make sure this address is kept up to date.

Two attempts to contact the winner will be made via email. Should the winner not reply, for any reason, the prize will automatically be forfeited and the 2nd person drawn will be contacted. The same contact terms will apply until a winner is found.

4.4 Monthly competition and prize specific terms and conditions will be displayed on the competition pages.

4.5 Only one entry per customer account is allowed.

4. 6 There are no prize or cash alternatives unless stated otherwise.


5. Special Offers

5.1 Customer Club Special offers are open only to Easyspace customers.

5.2 Easyspace have the right to change special offers without notice, but will endeavour to run offers for the time scales initially specified.

5.3 Special offer specific terms and conditions will be displayed on the special offers page where appropriate


6. Firebox and Computer Active Offers

6.1 Customers are limited to claiming one firebox.com voucher per month.
